Hotel is great! Room's are very clean. Right on the beach. Food is amazing!
I had an absolute nightmare experience staying at this hotel - the customer service was horrendous, and the staff clearly didn't care about their guests. To make matters worse, the internet was practically non-existent, which made it impossible to get any work done. The cherry on top of this terrible stay? The visitors from Europe were low class and had such a stupid attitude. It felt like I was trapped in some kind of cheap, foreign hostel. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I will never stay here again. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay.
Spent the afternoon at the 4th floor sun lounge with adult, and separate children's pool, where you can also have a drink. The beach is nice but there is no messy sand up here. Later we had a very nice meal downstairs, inexpensive but tasty. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.
Would love to rate this place higher, very friendly, immaulately clean, view from the roof bar best on the beach, but I'm sorry to say they have a real problem With the beer on the roof bar, other wise I recommend a visit, hopefully, they will sort this issue, then I would be happy to rate it 4.5, but please try it for yourself, you will like it,

Amazing bulgarian cuisine, traditional even seaside.Great fish, octopuses, mussels, excellent wine and beer, which the staff can treat well.

Good location about 100m from the beach and nice pool area on the roof of the hotel. Rooms are generally good and very clean, unfortunately some of the beds are terrible. Service is decent but most of her staff do not speak any English which sometimes can be a be a problem and lead to misunderstandings.
